Banana ((7" to 7-7/8" long), ripe, mashed)

Eggs

Whole Milk
0.25 Cup
Maple Syrup

Vanilla Extract

Cinnamon

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed banana, eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, baking
    powder, and salt. Add the oats then stir. Lastly, mix in the strawberries.
  3. Transfer the mixture slowly into the greased baking dish. Bake until oatmeal is set, 30-40 minutes. To check, insert a toothpick in the center. It should come out clean, not wet.
  4. Let it cool for 5 minutes. If preferred, top with additional strawberries before serving.
