Chickpeas
1 tbsp
Miso
1 tsp
Sesame Oil

Lemon Juice (zest, (juice of lemon))
4 Dash
Sea Salt
4 Dash
Black Pepper

Avocado
4 Slice
Rye Bread (regular)
1 tbsp
Sesame Seeds

Spring Onion (finely sliced on diagonal, green onions)

Method

  1. Put the chickpeas, miso, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Use a potato masher
    to crush everything together until you have a rough paste.
  2. Spoon the avocado into another bowl and break up with a fork until roughly crushed. Fold the
    avocado through the chickpeas, then spread over the bread. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and
    sliced spring onions.
