Method
- Ready all the ingredients. Place a tortilla on a board or other clean work surface, then spread with the feta cheese and yogurt mixture. Leave a small border clear around the edge.
- All over the cheese, sprinkle the salad veggies evenly, then sprinkle over the oregano and pepper.
- Tightly roll the tortilla up, then wrap it in plastic wrap. Pop into the refrigerator for about half an hour to firm up a bit.
- Unwrap the tortilla and chop it into about 8 even rounds. Layout flat on a plate, to serve.
