Ingredients

16 Ounce
Spinach
1 Can
Coconut Milk
1 tsp
Curry Powder
0.5 tsp
Sea Salt
1
Lemon Zest
2 tbsp
Almond

Method

  1. Thaw the spinach and squeeze dry.
  2. Put a medium frying pan on medium heat. When it is hot, add the curry powder and half of the
    coconut milk. Mix them until well combined and let it cook for just a minute until the curry paste
    becomes fragrant
  3. Add the spinach and the rest of the coconut milk. Stir to thoroughly combine all of the ingredients.
  4. Let it cook until nice and thick, but still creamy. Garnish with almonds upon serving.
