Cashew Nuts
1 Cup
Water
1 tbsp
Lemon Juice
2 Dash
Sea Salt
12 Ounce
Zucchini (spiraled and drained)

Method

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine the cashews, water, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until very
    smooth.
  2. Pour the sauce from the blender over the zucchini noodles. Toss well so every strand is coated.
  3. Garnish each serving with lemon zest and parsley and enjoy immediately.
