Ingredients

4 Portions
Tofu
0.5 Cup
Coconut Flour
0.5 tsp
Sea Salt
4 Dash
Black Pepper
4 Cup
Cucumber (slices)
4 tsp
Sesame Oil
1 tsp
Sesame Seeds

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Put the coconut flour on a plate or in a bowl and stir in the salt and pepper.
  3. Open the packet of tofu and drain off the liquid.
  4. Cut the piece of tofu into 1⁄2 inch cubes.
  5. Dip each tofu cubes into the flour mixture and turn it all over until each side is covered. Place them
    onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown all over.
  6. Assemble in a bowl: cucumbers and cooked tofu. Drizzle with sesame oil an top it with sesame
    seeds.
