Ingredients

1 Can
Chickpeas (15 oz can, (Garbanzos), rinsed and drained)

Avocados (ripe, peeled, seeded, cut into big chunks)
0.25 Cup
Tahini Butter
3 tbsp
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 Cup
Lemon Juice
2 tbsp
Cilantro (chopped)
2 tbsp
Water
2 Dash
Sea Salt
2 Dash
Black Pepper
10 Stalk
Celery (small (5" long))

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process until the mixture is smooth
    and creamy. Add water if needed.
  2. Spoon the hummus into a serving bowl and serve with celery sticks
