Kale (chopped)
0.25 Cup
Walnut (chopped and roasted)

Dried figs (cut into strips)
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
1 tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp
Maple Syrup
1 tsp
Mustard
0.5 Clove
Garlic (minced)
0.25 tsp
Salt
0.25 tsp
Pepper (ground)

Method

  1. Mix the last 7 ingredients for the dressing.
  2. Drizzle the dressing over and gently massage it with your hands. Set aside.
  3. Top the salad with walnut and figs. Consume immediately.
