Ingredients

Banana s (ripe bananas)
0.25 Cup
Buckwheat Flour
0.25 Cup
Blueberry
1 Dash
Cinnamon
1 tsp
Coconut Oil

Method

  1. Mash bananas and mix with flour and cinnamon.
  2. Stir in the blueberries.
  3. In a non-stick frying pan on high, heat the coconut oil.
  4. Lower heat to medium heat and scoop 1 tablespoon of batter and fry in the pan per fritter until
    brown on both sides.
  5. Take the fritters out of the pan and cool a little. Serve.
