Method
- Mash bananas and mix with flour and cinnamon.
- Stir in the blueberries.
- In a non-stick frying pan on high, heat the coconut oil.
- Lower heat to medium heat and scoop 1 tablespoon of batter and fry in the pan per fritter until
brown on both sides. - Take the fritters out of the pan and cool a little. Serve.
