Method

  1. Pour milk in a saucepan, add the chopped dates, cardamom, saffron, ground ginger, cinnamon,
    nutmeg, and maple syrup and bring to the boil.
  2. Add oats and keep stirring till it thickens up.
  3. Remove from heat, transfer to a bowl, and add almond as toppings.
