Chicken Breasts

Baby Spinach (roughly chopped)
4 Ounce
Cream Cheese
2 Ounce
Feta Cheese (crumbled)
2 oz
Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
2 tsp
Paprika
1 tsp
Cumin Powder
1 tsp
Salt
0.5 tsp

Method

  1. Preheated oven to 400oF. Combine the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. In another mixing bowl, combine the baby spinach, cream cheese, feta, and mozzarella. Use your hands to massage the ingredients until the mixture turns into a thick paste.
  3. Use a knife to slit along each chicken breast's sides, creating pockets for stuffing.
  4. Fill each pocket with a quarter of the spinach stuffing and use toothpicks to prevent spillage.
  5. Apply a liberal amount of the seasoning mixture onto the chicken, then brush with olive oil.
