Butter beans
1 Clove
Garlic (minced)

Green Olives (minced)

Method

  1. Prepare the butter beans for use, blanch them in water for 4 minutes then drain.
  2. Sprinkle the beans with the olive oil then mix with the garlic and olives.
  3. Heat a pan and cook the beans for 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon the coarsely chopped herbs through the beans, season with salt and pepper, and put into a
    bowl. Sprinkle with watercress.
