Method
- Heat the oven to 350°F and, using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients well.
- Spoon mixture and shape into round cookie shapes on the baking sheet. Using the spoon, flatten the cookie.
- Bake the cookies for 15-18 minutes.
- Take out from the oven and cool. Serve.
