Ingredients

2 Cup
Okra (sliced in half lengthwise)
2 tbsp
Avocado Oil
¼ tsp
Sea Salt (or more to taste)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF (204ºC) and line a baking sheet with
    parchment paper.
  2. Toss the sliced okra in the oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
  3. Roast for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through cooking time. Enjoy
