Method
- Follow the package directions and cook the red lentils. Discard the peel and grate the potatoes and the carrot.
- Stir the potatoes, carrot, cooked red lentils, garlic, onion, flour, and spices and well.
- In a large pan, heat some oil and cook the mixture (about 1 1/2 tablespoons for each fritter) for
three to four minutes on each side. You can also bake them for about 20 minutes, rotating halfway, for an oil-free version. - Stir in all the ingredients for the vegan sriracha mayonnaise.
- Serve.
