Method

  1. Follow the package directions and cook the red lentils. Discard the peel and grate the potatoes and the carrot.
  2. Stir the potatoes, carrot, cooked red lentils, garlic, onion, flour, and spices and well.
  3. In a large pan, heat some oil and cook the mixture (about 1 1/2 tablespoons for each fritter) for
    three to four minutes on each side. You can also bake them for about 20 minutes, rotating halfway, for an oil-free version.
  4. Stir in all the ingredients for the vegan sriracha mayonnaise.
  5. Serve.
