Ingredients

½ Cup
Olive Oil
¼ Cup
Balsamic Vinegar
4 Clove
Garlic (Use garlic, pressed.)
4 Ounce
Salmon (Use fillets salmon.)
1 tbsp
Cilantro (Use chopped fresh cilantro.)
1 tbsp
Basil (Use chopped fresh basil)
1.5 tsp
Garlic Salt

Method

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  2. In a shallow baking dish, place the salmon fillets. Rub the garlic onto the fillets.
  3. Pour the vinegar and oil over them, flipping once. Sprinkle with cilantro, basil, and garlic salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat your oven's broiler. Put the salmon about 6 inches from the heat, and broil until browned on both sides and easily flaked with a fork, for 15 minutes, flipping once. Season the salmon often with the sauce from the pan.
