Ingredients

1 Portions
Clams (rinsed)
1 tbsp
Chili Paste
2 Clove
Garlic (finely chopped)
3 Medium
Spring Onion ((Scallions)(4-1/8" long) finely chopped)
2 Portions
Bean Sprout
1 Medium
Green Pepper ((approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) cut into matchsticks)
4 tsp
Sesame Oil
1 Cup
Kimchi
4 Dash
Sea Salt
2 Cup
Rice (cooked)

Method

  1. Drain the rinsed clams well and place them in a saucepan with a lid, pour over cold water to just
cover, then stir in the chili paste, the garlic and the spring onion whites.
  2. Cover with a lid, bring to the boil, then turn down the heat and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes until
the clams have all opened. Turn off the heat and stir through the beansprouts and chili.
  3. Season with salt to taste, and decant into serving bowls. Top with the spring onion greens and a
drizzle of sesame oil, and enjoy with rice and something sharp like kimchi.
