Ingredients

White fishes (fillet, skin off)
4 tbsp
Peanut Oil

Spring Onions (green onion, thinly sliced)
1 Clove
Garlic (crushed)
1 tbsp
Soy Sauce
1 tbsp
Oyster Sauce
1 tsp
Fish Sauce

Green leaf Lettuces (leaf inner, grated or shredded finely)
2 Medium
Radish (thinly sliced (3/4" to 1" dia))
2 tsp
Sesame Seeds

Method

  1. Place the white fish in a food processor and pulse until very finely chopped.
  2. Heat the peanut oil in a large frypan over high heat. Add the onion and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes
    until slightly softened and then add the fish and cook, tossing, for 1-2 minutes until starting to color.
  3. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. Stir through and cook for 2-3 minutes until the
    sauce has reduced.
  4. Serve the mixture in lettuce leaves topped with radish slices. Top it with sesame seeds.
