Ingredients

2.5 Cup
Heart of palm (canned, drained and sliced into rounds)
2 Cup
Cherry tomato (halved)

Spring Onions ((Scallions), green onion, sliced)
1 tbsp
Sherry vinegar
4 tbsp
Olive Oil

Parsley (handfull, chopped)

Method

  1. Mix together the hearts of palm, tomatoes and spring onions.
  2. Whisk together the sherry vinegar and olive oil. Drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle with the parsley,
    toss everything together and serve.
