Epsom Salt and Rosemary Soak

When your feet feel tightened, uncomfortable, or tender and needs loving care, this soak will help right. It contains magnesium that will penetrate into your skin to ease ache while relaxing your feet as you chill. Best for: achy feet.

Ingredients

½ Cup
Epsom salt
20
rosemary essential oils (10-20 drops)
2 tsp
Coconut Oil

Method

  1. Dissolve Epsom salt in a hot water bath and stir in oils.
  2. Place your feet in the bath and let sit for 20 to 30 minutes as you relax
  3. Wipe your feet after with a clean towel and put on socks to retain the moisture.
