Ingredients

Olive Oil
0.5 Medium
Onion ((2-1/2" dia), fresh)
4 Clove
Garlic (minced)
4 Stalk
Celery (medium (7-1/2" - 8" long), chopped)

Carrots (peeled, sliced)
1.5 Pound
Potato (cut into halves)
4 Cup
Vegetable Stock (broth)
2 Cup
Water
4 Dash
Italian Seasoning
2 Cup
Turkey (cooked)
0.5 Cup
Whipped Cream
4 Dash
Salt
4 Dash
Black Pepper

Method

  1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, sauté the onion in olive oil for 5-7 minutes until lightly
    browned.
  2. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the celery, carrots, little potatoes, veg broth, water, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil, then turn down flame to medium-low heat. Allow simmering, slightly covered for 10 minutes.
  3. Tip in the turkey meat and cook for another 10 minutes.
  4. Pour over the cream, stir, and season with salt and pepper.
